Coaching is carried out at Terry's own Matchroom Club in Llanelli. All coaching takes place on a championship table in a 100-seater Matchroom arena.

In addition to coaching pupils, Terry Griffiths is the acknowledged leader in the training of coaches and has tutored prospective coaches from all over the world, who have gone on to become Head Coaches and Trainers in their own countries.

Terry's son Wayne also works in the Terry Griffiths School of Coaching.

Wayne also runs weekly Junior Clubs where group coaching is available.

Wayne has had the advantage of learning his trade under the watchful eye of his father and uses every opportunity to bounce ideas off his mentor.

Video facilities are often used in Coaching lessons and a comprehensive set of Lesson Notes is provided for pupils after their lesson.

Terry Griffiths' rates are £117.50 per hour.

Dates for Terry are scarce due to his commitments on the professional circuit - so early bookings are a must (and may be subject to change).

Rates with Wayne Griffiths are £30 per hour.

Paid up members of the Terry Griffiths Matchroom Club have access to a reduced rate of £25 per hour for Wayne's coaching services (subject to conditions).

Coaching at the Matchroom is really starting to 'take off' since the launch of the website. Many lessons are given to local members, but keen players are also travelling from all over the UK.

The Matchroom's reputation has spread right across Europe and already we have welcomed visitors from Romania, Russia and Switzerland.

Christian Straessle from Switzerland was one recent visitor who attended for a week of intensive training at the Matchroom. And he had this to say about his visit.

Darren is a highly respected Professional Coach and undertakes one-to-one and group lessons, embracing the latest video technology. He also offers golf psychology classes, at the nearby Glyn Abbey Golf Course.
