Snooker news

Phil broke his professional high break record during the 2004 Welsh Open qualifiers, making 139 and missing out on the high break prize when Barry Pinches made 141 on the final qualifying day. By coincidence Phil's high break now matches the career best of his mentor Terry Griffiths.
