Biography

When he was only twelve, the diminutive Anthony "Freckles" McGill made his mark in Scottish snooker circles.

He achieved his first century break, 106, while still only ten years old and at the ripe old age of eleven was a member of the Scottish junior teams at under 14 and under 16 level.

Anthony is the youngest player ever to represent Scotland at international level - that's one record he's got over Stephen Hendry!

Since that early debut he's gone on to dominate the Scottish Junior scene, winning two Under 16 national championships and he's giving the seniors a run for their money as well.
