Biography

Vassily is one of the driving organisers for snooker in Russia, gradually awakening a country more used to playing Pyramids to the joys of snooker.

 

A huge cheer went round the arena in Latvia during the 2001 European championship when Belkin put Russia's first win on the board.

 

He first took up snooker in 1993 and made his best match break of 55 during the 2000 Russian Open.
