Biography

O'Neill won every junior and senior title available in Northern Ireland, but with a Republic of Ireland passport, he has now been accepted in the RIBSA events. He responded by winning he sixth Irish ranking event in 2003.

A successful 2003-4 campaign on the WSA Challenge Tour sees O'Neill make an overdue appearance on the Main professional tour in the 2004-5 season.
