Biography	The little island of Guernsey madeg its debut in the 2001 European Championships, but Shorto had already seen international service for his country in the Inter Island event held amongst the Channel Islands and in the Home Internationals at Pontins. Having started playing snooker at the age of 10 at his local snooker centre, he is not short of experience. Shorto also plays pool and enjoys football.
